Welcome to Earning Gym, a learning platform operated by New Oaks College. By registering for, accessing, or participating in Earning Gym, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of Earning Gym
Earning Gym is a self-reflection, personal development, and wealth-awareness programme designed to help participants identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, develop self-awareness, and take meaningful action toward their goals.
Earning Gym is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
2. No Financial, Legal or Professional Advice
The content provided within Earning Gym does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, business, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, finances, businesses, careers, and personal circumstances.
Any actions taken as a result of participating in Earning Gym are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
3. Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:

- Success is influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of Earning Gym and New Oaks College.
- Completing the programme does not guarantee financial success, employment, business growth, income generation, or any specific outcome.
- Participants are responsible for evaluating and implementing any insights, ideas, or actions generated through the programme.
4. AI-Generated Responses
Certain components of Earning Gym utilise artificial intelligence technologies to facilitate reflection, provide feedback, and generate reports.
Participants acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors.
- AI responses should not be relied upon as professional advice.
- Participants should apply their own judgement when reviewing AI-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, prompts, content, exercises, branding, graphics, systems, frameworks, and related intellectual property remain the property of New Oaks College unless otherwise stated.
Participants may use the materials for their own personal development but may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, or republish course content;
- Create derivative works based on the programme;
- Use the content for commercial training or coaching purposes without written permission.
6. Course Access
Access to Earning Gym is granted to registered users who have completed the applicable registration or payment process.
New Oaks College reserves the right to modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the programme at any time.
7. Payments and Refunds
Where a fee is charged for access:
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
- Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Participants are encouraged to review programme information before purchasing access.
8. Community Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully with other members and facilitators.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or unlawful activity.
- Use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended educational purpose.
New Oaks College reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Oaks College, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in Earning Gym.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Business losses;
- Financial losses;
- Loss of income;
- Personal decisions made by participants;
- Reliance on AI-generated content;
- Technical interruptions or platform downtime.
10. Privacy
Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the New Oaks College Privacy Policy.
Information collected may be used to:
- Provide access to the programme;
- Improve participant experience;
- Generate progress reports and learning insights;

Participant information will not be sold to third parties.
